WORK WITH US

Join Our Team of Expert Tutors

At Ginsburg Advanced Tutoring, we are always on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team. If you are committed to helping students achieve their academic goals and excel in their test preparations, we want to hear from you!

Why Work With Us?

1. A Legacy of Excellence

Our founder started the first pre-law company in 2004, 20 years ago. This model has been the cornerstone of our success ever since. We believe in the power of experience and dedication, and we bring that to every student we tutor.

2. Highly Qualified Instructors

We hire our own LSAT boss graduates who have excelled in their own academic journeys. Our model ensures that all our instructors are well-prepared to guide students to success.

3. Deep Commitment to Students

Our tutors stay for 3-4 years because they are deeply committed to the approach and the students they serve. They often share similar backgrounds and experiences, which fosters a strong connection and dedication to their roles. This commitment ensures continuity and a deeper understanding of the students’ needs.

4. Innovative Support Strategies

Our founder's pre-law journey revealed gaps in how exceptional students could be supported. We focus on improvements in curriculum to ensure content mastery, test strategies to enhance the process of elimination and prevent risky decision-making under pressure, and tools to manage mental clarity. This includes flagging eligible students for accommodations to support their mental clarity.

The successful candidate must have:

  • An LSAT score in the 90th percentile or above following completion of the LSAT BOSS curriculum

  • Prior teaching, tutoring or TA experience, especially with students with learning disabilities or test anxiety

  • Evening and weekend availability

  • A great positive work attitude

  • A love of teaching others

If hired, the successful candidate will:

  • Begin intensive training to learn how to provide LSAT tutoring and law school admissions using Ginsburg Advanced Tutoring's advanced methodologies and best practices.

  • Expect to work with approximately 3-6 clients per week.
